Yes, if the order has not been shipped yet, you can cancel it. Any refund can take up to 15 working days, depending on the bank issuer and the country.

Will you confirm when I have successfully placed an order?
As soon as you place an order on shopwithABC.com, an email will be sent to you confirming the details of the order.
Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking ID so you know your order is on its way to you.
What details do you need for me to place an order with you?
When registering with shopwithABC.com, you will need to provide your name, e-mail, phone number, date of birth, gender, address, and marital status.
Can I place an order without my personal details being stored?
As part of our commitment to always providing you with the best service, we require you to share your name, e-mail, phone number, date of birth, gender, address, and marital status. These details are basic, securely saved and never shared with third parties.
Can I place an order as a gift and have it delivered to someone else?
Yes, after choosing the item(s), you can provide the address of the gift recipient, and after clicking on Checkout, you have the option to select to send the order as a gift. We also give you the choice of adding a delivery note and gift packaging.
Can I place an order over the phone?
Placing an order by phone is not an option at the moment, but a service we will look into providing in the future. In the meantime, to place an order without physically going to an ABC Department Store, you can still easily place an order on our website shopwithABC.com.
2. PAYMENT METHODS
What are my payment options when I place an order online?
You can choose to pay cash on delivery or with a debit or credit bank card.
What currency do I pay in?
You can choose to pay in USD or LBP. Additional charges may be applied by your bank due to the currency conversion rate.
How secure are my card details?
Visa and MasterCard transactions are securely carried out by our accredited payment gateway partner, Areeba. During the checkout process, you will be redirected to the secure payment page, where you can key-in your credit or debit card information and submit the order for payment.
Can I use a credit card that is not registered in Lebanon?
Yes, but please bear in mind that payment in a foreign currency might be subject to additional bank charges.
Can I change my card details after the order has been placed?
Yes, you can change your card details in the Customer Account section.
Can I earn ABC loyalty points or redeem them when ordering on shopwithABC.com?
You can earn points when you place an order online. But for now, you can only redeem or use your points in the physical store. We are working hard to add this service to the website very soon.
3. DELIVERY & SHIPPING
Where do you deliver to?
We only ship to destinations within Lebanese territory. On rare occasions, we may decline to dispatch your parcel if the shipping address is considered to be unsafe, we will contact you to confirm the cancellation of your order.
What is the cost of delivering to my home?
We are pleased to announce that, at the moment, shipping is offered complimentarily by ABC, which means that shipping is free for all orders in Lebanon at this time. We might, at our sole discretion, add additional shipping charges in the future, but this will be clearly communicated where applicable to our customers.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We do our best to ship your orders as fast as we can, and you can expect to receive your order within a maximum of 5 working days. Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking ID so you know your order is on its way to you.
What do I do if my order does not arrive?
We will do our utmost to ensure that you receive your order. In the rare or unfortunate case of an order not arriving, please contact our Customer Service team (with a link to the contact us page).
What do I do if my product is faulty?
We always ensure our products arrive to you in quality condition. However, in the event that your package or product should get damaged in transit, you can return your item(s) to any of our stores for an exchange or refund. Unfortunately, we do not offer online returns at this time.
Can I get it delivered to another house or location that is not my home?
Yes, you can have your order delivered to a delivery address which is not your home, or which is different to your billing address, by addressing your request to the Customer Service, noting that our accredited shipping provider will contact you prior to delivering your order. It is not possible at the moment however to have different products within your order delivered to multiple addresses.
What happens if I am not at home when my delivery arrives?
Our accredited shipping provider will call you in advance of delivery to agree on a date and time.
Can I collect my order from any of your stores?
At this time, we are only offering home delivery as a service to the address you selected before Checkout. We hope to offer collection from store and additional delivery options in the near future.
Is my delivery package safe?
Because safety comes first, ABC deliveries are dispatched with maximum precautions and hygiene measures. Our accredited shipping provider’s packages are sanitized and treated in line with World Health Organization (WHO) standards.
4. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
How will I know when my order is being shipped?
Once your order leaves our premises, you will be notified of this via email along with information that will allow you to track it.
Once the order is delivered, you will receive a final email to confirm its successful delivery.
Can I track my order?
Yes, the confirmation email you will receive contains a shipping ID that you can use for tracking on our accredited shipping provider's website.
5. RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your policy on returning items?
To exchange any item purchased from shopwithABC.com, you simply need to take the item to any ABC Department Store along with the invoice included in the delivery box. Any item purchased through shopwithABC.com can be exchanged, subject to the conditions below.
- Products purchased from shopwithABC.com must be returned in any ABC Department Store or ABC franchise store within the deadline shown on the receipt that accompanies the order. Without the receipt, items cannot be exchanged. After verification, and where necessary inspection, purchased products can only be exchanged with either other sale products or products from the new collection from any ABC Department Store or for an ABC credit voucher. The credit voucher must be used within one year from the date of the last activation/load in any ABC department store or ABC franchise store.
- You can exchange products bought on sale within 7 days from the date shown on the receipt.
- You can exchange non-discounted products within 30 days from the date shown on the receipt.
- Items must be exchanged in their original packaging with all tags attached together with any accessories, instructions and documentation intact and in perfect condition for resale. Any product that is incomplete, spoiled, used, damaged, worn, and dirty or consumed, even in part, cannot be exchanged. Thus, if after verification and, inspection by our team an item is found to be non-exchangeable or unsuitable for resale, the exchange will be refused.
- Certain products are non-exchangeable, and include, but are not limited to:
- All products displayed as non-exchangeable on the shopwithABC.com website.
- Jewelry, accessories, underwear, socks and swimwear cannot be exchanged.
- Cosmetics cannot be exchanged.
- Bundles and experiences packages (vouchers) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Products purchased from shopwithABC.com are non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash as we do not offer cash back.
Before leaving our warehouse, your merchandise has been carefully checked and wrapped. However, if there is a mistake or if an item is missing from your order or if an item is damaged during transportation, please contact ABC Customer Service.

Can I return my order to a store even if it was delivered at home?

If you have received a gift of an item purchased from shopwithABC.com and wish to exchange it, simply visit any ABC Department Store along with the item and gift receipt that was included in the delivery box. Gifts can be exchanged, subject to conditions outlined in our Returns section above.
