Refund & Exchange Policy

At ShopWithABC, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. In accordance with Lebanese Consumer Protection Law No. 659/2005, our policy is as follows:

1. General Exchange Conditions (Change of Mind) Any item purchased through our website can be exchanged at any ABC Flagship Store provided the original invoice is presented.

  • Non-Sale Items: Eligible for exchange within one month from the date of purchase.
  • Discounted/Sale Items: Eligible for exchange within 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • Condition: Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached and packaging intact.
  • Exclusions: For hygiene and safety reasons, jewelry, accessories, underwear, socks, and swimwear are non-exchangeable unless a manufacturing defect is verified.

2. Exchange Methods Items may be exchanged for another product of equal value or for a Credit Voucher valid for one year.

3. Statutory Right to Refund (Defective or Incorrect Items) In compliance with local regulations, a refund will be issued exclusively in the following cases:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect that cannot be repaired or replaced.
  • The product delivered is fundamentally different from the item ordered (non-conformity).
  • Reporting: Defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. All claims are subject to a technical inspection to exclude damage caused by misuse or intentional tampering.

4. Refunds, where applicable, are processed strictly to the original method of payment. In accordance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations, we do not provide cash-in-hand refunds for credit card transactions.
