Stainless steel grater with four functions:

• Coarse grain: Ideal for roughly grading any kind of food: hard cheeses (cheddar), as well as many fruits and vegetables such as apples, carrots, cabbage and potatoes.


• Medium grain: to grind more tender foods


• Wide cut: Designed to obtain wide but extremely thin slides of cheese that perfectly complement appetizers and salads. Also useful for making chocolate chips for example


• Fine grain: Perfect for finely grading all kinds of citrus fruits (zests), spices (cinnamon, nutmeg ...), hard cheeses (parmesan) or ginger
